Stack AI Raises $20M Series A

Stack AI, a no-code AI agent building platform, was acquired by Asana for $75 million. Prior to this acquisition, the startup had raised just under $20 million in total funding, including a $16 million Series A round.

Stack AI plans to integrate its no-code platform into Asana to accelerate the development of enterprise-grade AI agents and human-agent collaboration tools.
