StackAdapt Raises $235 Million in Funding

StackAdapt, a Toronto, Canada-based multi-channel programmatic advertising platform, has raised $235 million in funding.

The growth capital round was led by Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG), with participation from Intrepid Growth Partners and four other investors, bringing StackAdapt’s total investment to over $500M.

Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG) focuses on late-stage venture and growth equity investments in cutting-edge technology companies worldwide. TVG is part of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, a global investor with net assets of CAD 255.8 billion as of June 30, 2024. TVG has a presence across Asia, North America, and Europe.

The company plans to scale R&D, enhance innovation, and expand its global presence.
