Stilta Raises $10.5M in Funding

Stilta, a Stockholm, Sweden-based agentic AI platform for patent litigation, has raised $10.5 million in funding.

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Y Combinator and founders and operators from AI companies, including Sana, Legora, OpenAI, Lovable, and Listen Labs.

Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) is a venture capital firm that backs bold entrepreneurs shaping the future through technology. Founded in 2009, the firm manages multiple funds across stages, sectors, and geographies. With more than $90 billion in assets under management, a16z invests in seed- to growth-stage companies across AI, bio + healthcare, consumer, crypto, enterprise, fintech, gaming, infrastructure, and companies advancing American dynamism.

The company will use the funding to hire engineers, go-to-market staff, and patent experts across Stockholm and New York City, while expanding development of its AI-powered patent intelligence platform.
