StrongestLayer Raises $4.1M Seed Extension

StrongestLayer, a San Francisco-based cybersecurity startup that provides an AI-native email security platform, has raised $4.1 million in a seed funding extension, bringing its total seed funding to $9.3 million.

The funding round was led by Inovia Capital, with additional participation from LaunchPod, Alumni Ventures, an angel investor, and previous backer Sorenson Capital.

StrongestLayer will use the new investment to fuel its go-to-market strategy and platform expansion efforts.

Founded in 2024 by co-founder and CEO Alan LeFort, StrongestLayer provides an AI-native email security platform designed to stop modern email threats that evade traditional solutions by using advanced reasoning and intent analysis to identify novel attacks.
