Stuut Technologies Raises $29.5M Series A

Stuut Technologies, a New York–based AI platform focused on automating accounts receivable (AR) processes for companies, has raised $29.5 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Activant Capital, Khosla Ventures, 1984.vc, Page One Ventures, Vesey Ventures, Carya Venture Partners, and Valley Ventures.

Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) is a venture capital firm that backs bold entrepreneurs shaping the future through technology. Founded in 2009, the firm manages multiple funds across stages, sectors, and geographies, with over $46 billion in committed capital. a16z invests in seed- to growth-stage companies across AI, bio + healthcare, consumer, crypto, enterprise, fintech, gaming, infrastructure, and companies building toward American dynamism.

The funding will accelerate product development and expand Stuut’s AI-driven AR automation across collections, payments, cash application, deductions, credits, and disputes.

Founded by Tarek Alaruri, Miraj Mohsin, and Ben Winter, Stuut Technologies’ AI platform is built to automate accounts receivable work end-to-end for mid-market and enterprise companies.
