Supabase Raises $500M Series F

Supabase, a San Francisco-based open source Postgres development platform, has announced a $500 million Series F funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to $10.5 billion. This latest capital infusion brings the company's total funding to over $1 billion.

The round was led by GIC. Participating investors included existing backers Accel, Y Combinator, Craft, Felicis, Peak XV, and Coatue, along with new investments from Stripe and Salesforce Ventures.

The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate its lead in agentic infrastructure and to support the rollout of Multigres, an open source horizontal scaling layer for Postgres.

Founded in 2020 by CEO Paul Copplestone, Supabase provides an open source Postgres development platform that serves as backend infrastructure for developers and AI-native applications. Its platform includes database, authentication, storage, edge functions, real-time subscriptions, and vector search capabilities.
