Synaps Raises €3.06M Pre-seed

Synaps, a Vienna-based AI canvas for architects that allows users to design, visualise, collaborate, and present in one platform, has raised a €3.06 million pre-Seed investment round.

Plug and Play and Fil Rouge participated in the round, among other investors. Christopher Polligkeit, Senior Investment Associate at Plug and Play Austria, commented on the tangible productivity impact Synaps delivers for architecture bureaus and its approach to collaboration.

Synaps aims to increase its user base fivefold from 60,000 to 300,000 by the end of 2026. The company also plans to launch Version 1 in summer 2026, introducing over 20 new AI tools for drafting and post-production. Its San Francisco office will become fully operational within the next six months.

Founded by Brendon Ahmeti, Agron Bajraktari, and Kevin Cobaj, Synaps is the AI canvas for architectural design. The company's mission is to disrupt and democratise the architectural drawing and rendering industry with AI, offering a solution for a fraction of the cost of existing processes. Its tagline, "turning words into buildings," highlights its innovative approach, driven by "vibe designing" and the use of its generative vector-based AI floorplan tool, Vecy AI. Synaps claims to cut the number of commands by 80% and speed up the architectural drawing process by a factor of 50 compared to existing solutions, with rendering 100 to 1,000 times faster.
