Syntasa, based in McLean, Virginia, is a sovereign agentic AI and data platform provider that has secured a strategic growth capital investment from Verix Equity Partners. The transaction marks the inaugural platform investment for the national security-focused private equity firm, with Syntasa founder Jay Marwaha remaining as CEO.
