TALY Raises $500K in Pre-Seed Round

TALY, a Melbourne, Australia-based personality testing AI analysis startup, has raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding.

The funding round was led by Skalata Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm that helps early-stage companies scale and grow into significant and sustainable businesses. Founded in 2018, Skalata Ventures is based in Docklands, Australia.

The funding will be used to enhance TALY’s AI capabilities, expand its infrastructure, and grow its presence in the ANZ region and Canada. The company plans to launch new features in 2025.

TALY is an intelligent personality profiling platform designed to put personality data at the center of recruitment and team decision-making. The platform uses behavioral data and artificial intelligence to deliver real-time, actionable insights to managers. Early adopters, including Motorola and Maurice Blackburn, have already processed over 4,000 profiles through the platform.
