Think Raises $8M Pre-seed

Think, a Riyadh-based company building unified hardware and software infrastructure for artificial intelligence, has announced it raised over $8 million in a pre-seed funding round. This investment represents the largest AI infrastructure and deeptech pre-seed round in the MENA region to date.

The round was co-led by RAED Ventures and Waed Ventures. Additional participants included the venture capital arm of Dhahran Techno Valley and various strategic angel investors.

Think plans to use the new capital to support team expansion, manufacturing scale-up, product development, and international growth initiatives. The company intends to accelerate deployments across Saudi Arabia and expand its presence across the GCC and select global markets, including the further development of its ILM software orchestration platform.

Founded in 2026 by Ahmed AlSharif and Ammar Enaya, Think is a Riyadh-based company focused on making AI superintelligence more affordable, efficient, and accessible. The company provides a unified platform that combines high-density, liquid-cooled multi-GPU compute nodes with proprietary bare-metal orchestration software to reduce the cost and complexity of AI infrastructure.
