Tomorro Raises €25 Million in Funding

Tomorro, a Paris, France-based AI-powered contract management company, has raised €25 million in funding.

The round was led by XAnge and Acton Capital, with participation from Adelie, Founders Future, HenQ, Resonance, and Motier Venture.

XAnge is a European venture capital firm and a certified B Corp, with offices in Paris, Berlin, and Brussels. Managing €650 million in assets, XAnge specializes in early-stage investments across sectors such as Enterprise & Data, Fintech, and Deep Tech.

Acton Capital is a Munich-based venture capital firm focusing on growth-stage investments in tech-enabled business models across Europe and North America. Established in 1999, the firm operates in both Munich and Vancouver.

The company will use the funds to expand into Germany and other European markets, open new offices, recruit sales and marketing teams, and further develop its AI assistant, Oro.

Tomorro is an AI-powered contract management platform designed to streamline and enhance the entire contract lifecycle for businesses. It offers features like automated tracking and reminders for contract renewals and terminations. Its AI assistant, Oro, enables users to quickly access information by posing questions about their contract repository. The platform also provides dynamic templates, e-signature capabilities, centralized contract storage with access management, and collaborative negotiation tools. Tomorro’s clients include Veja, Nestlé, and Ingenico.
