The round was led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Kfund, Andreessen Horowitz Scouts, Clara Ventures, Masia Ventures, and angel investors.

Base10 is a San Francisco-based venture capital fund investing in founders who believe purpose is key to profits and in companies that are automating sectors of the Real Economy. Through its program the Advancement Initiative, Base10 donates a percentage of profits to underfunded colleges and universities to support financial aid and other key initiatives. Base10 manages more than $1 billion in assets under management.

The company will use the capital to accelerate the development of its AI agents, expand its engineering team, and deepen partnerships with leading U.S. enterprises.

Founded by Silvestre Jara Montes, Santiago Martínez Bragado, and Sergio Ayala Miñano, Traza is an AI-native platform that automates procurement and supply chain operations for large industrial enterprises, particularly in manufacturing and construction. The company deploys autonomous AI workers that integrate directly into enterprise workflows to handle complex, multi-step operational tasks such as vendor management, request-for-quote (RFQ) processes, order tracking, supplier communications, and invoice reconciliation. Headquartered in New York, Traza is working closely with enterprise partners to co-design its platform.
