TurboHire Raises $6 Million in Series A

TurboHire, a Hyderabad, India-based enterprise recruitment automation startup, has raised $6 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by IvyCap Ventures, an India-based venture capital firm that invests in early- to growth-stage startups across healthtech, fintech, consumer tech, deeptech, and agritech sectors. Founded in 2011, the firm manages over ₹5,000 crore in assets and leverages a strong network of IIT and IIM alumni for capital, mentorship, and strategic support.

The company will use the funding to expand its international footprint, advance its AI-driven platform capabilities, and strengthen integrations with leading HR management systems.

Founded in 2019 by Deepak Agrawal, Rakesh Nayak, and Gaurav Kumar, TurboHire is a recruitment automation platform. The platform leverages agentic artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and deep integration with major human resource management systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday. Designed for enterprise-scale hiring, the platform supports everything from mass recruitment drives to senior executive searches via a single, configurable SaaS interface. Headquartered in Hyderabad, India, TurboHire serves over 120 organizations, including Tata Motors, PwC, Ola, and Cipla.
