uiAgent Raises $4.6 Million in Seed Round

uiAgent, a New York-based AI agent platform for accounting firms, has raised $4.6 million in a seed funding round.

The round was led by Marathon Management Partners, with participation from Rerail.

Marathon Management Partners is a multi-stage investment firm backing founders who are defining new categories across software and fintech. It pairs deep operational experience with long-term capital, supporting companies from inception through scale. Marathon has offices in New York, Menlo Park, and Los Angeles.

As part of the investment, Chase Packard, Founding Partner at Marathon, will join uiAgent's board of directors.

The company will use the funding to further develop and deploy its automation agents across more top accounting firms and large enterprises.

Founded by Enes Witwit, uiAgent provides an AI-agent automation platform that helps accounting firms automate repetitive tasks across Client Accounting Services, Tax, and Audit. The platform supports both on-premise and cloud deployments, and features a robust AI agent library covering critical workflows in Audit and Client Accounting Services (CAS). Headquartered in New York, UiAgent serves some of the world’s largest and most forward-thinking accounting firms, including many of the top 100 firms in the US.
