Utila Raises $18 Million in Series A

Utila, a New York-based digital asset operations platform, has secured $18 million in a Series A funding round.

The round was led by Nyca Partners, with participation from Wing VC, NFX, Haymaker Ventures, Gaingels, and Cerca Partners.

Nyca Partners is a New York-based venture capital firm specializing in fintech investments. The firm provides both capital and strategic guidance. Founded in 2014, it manages nearly $1 billion in assets and has backed over 100 startups.

The company will use the funds to scale its global operations and enhance R&D efforts for its institutional MPC wallets.

Utila provides a platform designed to help enterprises, payment firms, and financial institutions manage and build on digital assets. Its secure, flexible wallet infrastructure supports multiple blockchains and features military-grade MPC wallets, robust APIs, and customizable user and transaction management.
