UVeye Raises $191 Million in Funding

UVeye, a New Jersey and Tel Aviv-based company specializing in AI-driven vehicle inspection solutions, has raised $191 million in funding, bringing its total capital to $380.5 million.

The round includes $41 million in equity led by Woven Capital, with participation from UMC Capital, MyBerg, and existing investors, while Trinity Capital structured a $150 million debt facility.

Woven Capital is Toyota's growth fund, investing $800M in startups transforming mobility, automation, energy, and smart vehicles. Founded in 2021, it connects top innovators with Toyota’s global expertise.

Trinity Capital is an internally managed business development company that provides diversified financial solutions to growth-stage companies with institutional equity investors.

This investment will fuel UVeye’s global expansion, boost manufacturing, and support the growing demand for its AI-powered systems.
