Vivanta Raises €2.5 Million in Seed Round
Vivanta, a Berlin, Germany–based automation platform for property management, has raised €2.5 million in a Seed round.
The round is backed by a Hamburg-based family office specializing in mezzanine investments and real estate development.
The company will use the funds to enhance Vivanta’s technology platform, expand its team, grow geographically, and pursue selective strategic acquisitions.
Founded in 2024, Vivanta is a PropTech company that combines technology automation and a proprietary platform with service standards in property management. Its automation platform manages operational, administrative, technical, and financial aspects of property management. The platform streamlines operations for condominium owners’ associations and rental properties. Active in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, and the Rhine-Ruhr region, Vivanta manages over 1,500 units and collaborates with more than 300 service providers.
