The round was led by Caduceus Capital Partners, with participation from Bread and Butter Ventures, Mayo Clinic, and a strategic revenue cycle management (RCM) company.

Caduceus Capital Partners is a Nashville-based venture capital firm focused on early-stage digital health startups. Founded in 2020, it supports startups that aim to expand access to care, improve outcomes, lower costs, and streamline provider workflows.

The company will use the funding to scale operations, advance platform intelligence, accelerate product development, and expand engineering and go-to-market teams.

Founded by Parag Jhaveri, VoiceCare AI is a healthcare administration general intelligence (HAGI) company built to automate back-office conversations and super-staff the workforce through generative AI.
