The round was led by Emblem, with participation from Robin Capital, Founders Future, Sequoia, and a16z

Emblem is a venture capital firm that partners with entrepreneurs at the (pre)seed stage in France, Denmark, and Sweden. Founded in 2023, it is based in Paris, France.

The company will use the funds to expand its platform.

Founded by Paul Guillemin and Mario Parteli, Volta Software provides a B2B SaaS platform designed to streamline catalog management and sales processes for wholesale and distribution companies. Its platform helps businesses digitize their product catalogs, manage pricing and inventory, and share tailored catalogs with potential customers.
