Vorflux Raises $15M Seed

Vorflux, an AI software engineering company based in the United States, has raised $15 million in seed funding. The company, which is building an autonomous agentic platform designed to handle the entire software development lifecycle including planning, testing, and deployment, will use the new capital to scale its operations and product development.

This round was backed by Y Combinator, Peak XV Partners, Powerset, Alliance, and angel investors Parker Conrad, Immad Akhund, and Balaji Srinivasan.

Vorflux plans to use the funding to accelerate the development of its AI-operated software engineering workflow, which focuses on automating complex engineering tasks beyond simple code generation.

Founded in 2026 by former Rippling co-founder and CTO Prasanna Sankar, Vorflux is on a mission to build an opinionated, autonomous engineering system. The platform integrates with a team's existing developer stack to plan tasks, conduct adversarial reviews, perform browser-based testing, and deliver production-ready code changes.
