Voyc Secures $2 Million in Seed Round

Voyc, a Netherlands-based AI-powered conversation intelligence & compliance monitoring solution, has secured $2 million in seed funding.

The round was led by the family office of a SaaS co-founder with a $6 billion Nasdaq exit, alongside reinvestments from six angel investors, including Anton Musgrave.

The company will use the funding to support its AI platform innovation, product launches, and international expansion.

Founded in 2018 by Matthew Westaway and Lethabo Motsoaledi, Voyc provides an AI-driven conversation intelligence and compliance monitoring platform that empowers financial services firms to monitor and analyze customer interactions. The platform offers features such as augmented quality assurance, customizable workflows, sentiment analysis, and integrations with various telephony systems. Headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands, Voyc serves over 80 firms, including Advantage Finance and One Call Insurance.
