Warp Raises $60M Series B

Warp, a New York-based AI-native human capital management platform, has secured $60 million in Series B funding. This round brings the company's total funding to $85 million in under a year. Warp is designed to challenge legacy HCM systems by leveraging artificial intelligence to automate payroll, HR compliance, benefits, and IT operations for businesses with five to 5,000 employees.

The round was led by Battery Ventures with participation from Peak XV, Sound Ventures, and Y Combinator. Additional angel investors include Tobi Lutke, Claire Hughes Johnson, Drew Houston, Arash Ferdowsi, Balaji Srinivasan, Kevin Hartz, Kyle Vogt, and Amjad Masad.

Proceeds from the round will be directed toward developing deeper AI agents, expanding the company's tax and compliance infrastructure, broadening its product suite, and scaling customer support operations.
