The round raised €2.3 million, adding to the previous €2.3 million invested in late 2023.
The round was led by Barclays Bank, with additional investment from Main Set, a division of Capricorn Capital Partners UK.
Barclays is a British multinational commercial banking and financial services company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The bank provides banking, loans, strategic advisory, financing, wealth management, and risk management services to corporate, government, and institutional clients.
The company plans to utilize the funds to further develop its platform, expand distribution, and scale its organization to support a robust client pipeline.
Established in 2019, WealthOS provides a cloud-native wealth management infrastructure platform. It offers a composable software platform designed to enable wealth management firms to deliver digital, omni-channel financial products and services. WealthOS released cloud-native and API retail pensions (SIPP) technology and has been selected by Quai Digital to become its new strategic technology partner.
