Webout Raises €1.65 Million Seed Round

Webout, a Brno, Czech Republic-based technology startup developing a real-time hyper-personalized video platform, has raised €1.65 million in a seed funding round.

The round was led by Seed Starter SK, with participation from JIC Ventures and Energy Venture Pals.

Webout plans to use the new capital to support its expansion into the US market. Co-founder Michal Orsava has relocated to San Francisco to spearhead the company's growth, with a focus on acquiring enterprise clients and expanding into the sports industry.

Founded in 2021 by Michal Orsava and Karel Juricka, Webout is a SaaS company that develops a platform enabling real-time video personalization directly on users’ devices. The company provides automated software for hyper-personalized video campaigns designed to adapt content to individual viewers at scale without relying on centralized server rendering.
