Whale, a Singapore-based enterprise AI company, has announced a $40 million Series C3 extension, bringing its total Series C funding to $100 million. The company specializes in an AI Operating System for enterprise operations that connects digital and physical workflows through its proprietary Business World Model.
The funding round was led by CMB International and SMBC Asia Rising Fund. Additional participants included Krungsri Finnovate, Singtel Innov8, Hyundai Motor Group, and Charisma Partners.
The company plans to use the new capital to scale its teams globally, deepen enterprise partnerships, and expand its platform integrations with local infrastructure. The funds will support its continued reach across North America and Asia-Pacific, with plans to enter markets in the Middle East and Europe.
Founded by CEO Jerry Ye, Whale provides an AI-powered operating system designed to turn unstructured operational data into actionable intelligence.
