The round was led by BRV Capital Management, with participation from existing investors including Capstone Partners Inc., Industrial Bank of Korea, and Z Venture Capital.

Founded in 1998, BRV Capital Management is a global growth investment platform that targets companies that are competitive within their respective industries. Based in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, the firm seeks to invest in growth-stage companies.

The company plans to expand its reach to Southeast Asia and the Middle East, maintaining a strategy of keeping its services free for most users while generating revenue through advertising and premium content.

Founded in 2021 by Lee Seyoung and five friends, Wrtn Technologies has developed an AI platform, WRTN, that assists in easy and convenient AI utilization in everyday life. It aggregates multiple large-language models such as OpenAI Inc.'s ChatGPT-4, Stable Diffusion 3, and Anthropic PBC's Claude 3. The platform has garnered 3.7 million users across Korea and Japan.
