Xait Receives Majority Investment from Main Capital Partners
Xait, a Stavanger, Norway-based SaaS technology company that provides collaborative document solutions, has received a majority investment from Main Capital Partners.
Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Xait and will serve as a strategic partner in the company’s continued expansion.
Main Capital Partners is a software investor managing private equity funds active in the Benelux, DACH, France, the Nordics, and the United States, with approximately EUR 6.5 billion in assets under management. Main maintains an active portfolio of over 45 software companies, whose combined workforce exceeds 12,000 employees.
The investment will support Xait’s international expansion and buy-and-build strategy.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Stavanger, Norway, Xait is a provider of collaborative document solutions, offering complex document creation and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) services to a global blue-chip client base. With approximately 90 employees across offices in Norway, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and India, Xait delivers a suite of software products designed to support the efficient creation and management of complex business documents and processes. The company serves more than 300 clients, primarily in the energy and renewables, capital goods, and business services sectors.
