XBOW Secures Additional $35M in Series C

XBOW, a Seattle, WA-based autonomous offensive security company, has secured an additional $35 million in funding.

The raise extends its previously announced $120 million Series C round, bringing the total Series C financing to $155 million.

The additional funding came from Accenture Ventures, DNX Ventures, Liberty Global Tech Ventures, NVentures, Samsung Ventures, and SentinelOne S Ventures.

The company will use the funding to accelerate go-to-market expansion, international growth, partner ecosystem development, and the scaling of its engineering and operations teams.

Founded in 2024 by Oege de Moor, XBOW is a cybersecurity company specializing in AI-powered autonomous offensive security, redefining cyber defense for the AI era. The company develops AI-driven systems that continuously test applications for vulnerabilities using adversarial workflows modeled on real-world attack techniques. XBOW’s platform helps organizations conduct continuous offensive testing, validate exploitability with low false-positive rates, and proactively defend against increasingly sophisticated AI-driven cyberattacks.
