XCaliber Health Raises $6.5M Seed Round

XCaliber Health, a Plano, Texas-based healthcare infrastructure startup building an agentic operating system for clinical and operational workflows, has raised $6.5 million in Seed funding.

Led by ManchesterStory, with participation from Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV) and Arka Venture Labs.

ManchesterStory is a U.S.-based venture capital firm headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa, focused on investing in early- to growth-stage technology companies. The firm frequently leads Seed and early-stage rounds and has invested in companies focused on AI, compliance, claims technology, digital insurance infrastructure, healthcare platforms, and financial services innovation.

The company will use the funding to accelerate product development and expand deployment of its platform across healthcare organizations nationwide.
