Yampa Raises €3 Million in Seed Round

Yampa, a Paris, France-based startup specializing in autonomous AI agents for customer service, has raised €3 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Partech, with support from BPO experts and angel investors, including Arthur Waller (Pennylane) and Guillaume Desloges (Alma).

Partech is a global tech investment firm headquartered in Paris, with offices in Berlin, Dakar, Dubai, Nairobi, and San Francisco. Established 40 years ago in San Francisco, Partech collaborates closely with founders by offering capital, operational expertise, and strategic support from the seed to the growth stages. The firm manages €2.5 billion in assets across a portfolio of 220 companies in 40 countries.

This funding will enhance R&D and scale operations, positioning Yampa as a leader in transforming customer service into a growth driver.
