Zefort Raises €1 Million in Funding

Zefort, a Kaarina, Finland-based provider of AI-driven contract management solutions, has raised €1 million in funding.

The investment was led by Asko Schrey, founder of Accountor, and Timo Larjomaa, a venture capitalist, who will join Zefort’s Board of Directors.

The company will use the funds to fuel its expansion into the Nordics and Northern Europe.

Led by founders Jussi Karttila, Ville Laurikari, and Juhani Heikkilä, Zefort offers a cloud-based contract management platform. It provides features such as contract archiving, tracking, and analytics, aiming to streamline contract management for a wide range of sectors, including banking, technology, and small businesses. Zefort's solutions are used by clients in 11 countries and cater to large corporations and smaller enterprises. The company is headquartered in Finland and operates in Norway and Sweden.
