Zeplyn, a New York-based AI assistant designed to streamline operations for financial advisors, has raised $3 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Leo Capital, with contributions from Converge and several angel investors.

Leo Capital is a venture capital fund that invests in early-stage, technology-centric opportunities in India, India-based global SaaS companies, and Southeast Asia (SEA). Focused on (pre)Seed to Pre-Series A investments, Leo Capital has offices in Singapore, Bangalore, Delhi, Dubai, Helsinki, London, and Philadelphia.

The company plans to use the funds to support its growth and further develop AI-driven tools for the wealth management industry.
