Ambrook Raises $30M Series B

Ambrook, a Denver-based company providing an AI-native financial management platform for independent businesses, has raised $30 million in a Series B funding round. This latest investment brings the company's total funding to $59 million.

The funding round was led by Lachy Groom. Additional participants included Thomson Reuters Ventures, Thrive Capital, Field Ventures, Cameron Ventures, Akshay Kothari, Tomer London, and Guillermo Rauch.

The company plans to use the capital to accelerate product development across industries including agriculture, trucking, construction, and property management. Funds will also be used to advance the company's AI capabilities and expand its integrated payments and cash management tools.

Founded in 2020 by Jeff Anders, Mackenzie Burnett, and Dan Schlosser, Ambrook provides accounting, payments, and cash management tools for owner-operators. Its mission is to build a more prosperous and resilient economy by helping independent business owners gain real-time profitability insights and manage cash flow effectively.
