Delightree Raises $25M in Funding

Delightree, a San Francisco based AI-powered operating system for franchise and multi-unit brands, announced $25 million in new funding. The company provides a centralized platform that streamlines training, compliance, audits, and daily operations for distributed teams across industries such as retail, restaurants, and fitness.

The funding round was backed by Innovius, Accel, Timber Grove Ventures, and Emergent.

Delightree plans to use the capital to expand its engineering and product development teams. The funds will also accelerate the development of its AI operating system, specifically focusing on new capabilities to help franchise and multi-unit brands automate operational tasks at scale and reduce management overhead.

Founded in 2024 by Tushar Mishra and Madhulika Mukherjee, Delightree provides an AI-powered operating system designed to replace fragmented tools in multi-unit businesses. Their mission is to provide Main Street operators with the same sophisticated operational infrastructure historically reserved for large enterprise chains.
