GetVantage Raises ₹63Cr Series A1

GetVantage, a Mumbai-based B2B fintech startup that provides revenue-based financing and cash-flow-led lending for MSMEs, has secured Rs 63 crore in a Series A1 funding round. This latest injection of capital brings the company's total funding to more than USD 47 million, supporting its mission to broaden credit access for small and medium-sized enterprises across India.

The round was led by Rajeev Ahuja, former managing director of RBL Bank, and the SanRaj Group. Existing investors including Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint also participated in the round.

GetVantage plans to use the new capital to scale its financing platform, boost its lending capacity, and further expand its embedded finance solutions for MSMEs.

Founded in 2019 by Amit Srivastava and Bhavik Vasa, GetVantage is a B2B fintech platform that offers growth capital and embedded finance solutions. By leveraging alternative data and analytics to assess business cash flows, the company provides term loans, business loans, and cash advances tailored to the needs of startups, ecommerce firms, and small businesses.
