HappyRobot Raises $150M Series C

HappyRobot, based in San Francisco, announced a $150 million Series C funding round to scale its enterprise AI agent platform. The company, which specializes in automating complex operational workflows, has now secured a total of approximately $200 million in funding.

The round was led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo. Additional participating investors include existing backers a16z, Base10, and Y Combinator, as well as Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, T.Capital, Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, Kfund, and Wave-X.

Capital from this round will be used to accelerate the development of the company's AI platform, specifically targeting expanded AI capabilities and enterprise integrations. Additionally, the funding will support the growth of its engineering, deployment, and go-to-market teams globally to meet increasing demand from large-scale enterprise customers.

Founded in 2022 by Pablo Palafox, Javi Palafox, and Luis Paarup, HappyRobot focuses on building enterprise superintelligence.
