Kily Raises ₹30Cr in Funding

Kily, an enterprise AI startup, has raised Rs 30 crore in a funding round to expand its artificial intelligence platform for brands operating across ecommerce and quick commerce channels. The company specializes in developing AI agents that help brands manage and automate operations across major digital marketplaces.

The funding round was led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Razorpay and Wyser Capital.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the company product capabilities, scale its go-to-market efforts and accelerate adoption among large consumer brands.

Founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily develops AI agents that automate marketplace operations for brands selling on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. The company platform analyses marketplace signals alongside a brand operational data and business objectives to automate workflows spanning pricing, advertising, inventory management and marketplace execution.
