Maximum Raises $30M Seed

Maximum, based in Miami, has emerged from stealth to announce a $30 million Seed round. The company is developing an AI-native operating system specifically designed for banks to replace outdated, legacy infrastructure.

This round was led by CRV, with participation from Pear VC, Restive, Plug and Play Ventures, and Anthemis.

Maximum intends to use the capital to accelerate product development, expand its engineering and operations teams, and support bank implementations with its growing customer base.

Founded in 2026 by Randy Fernando, Maximum provides an AI-native operating system designed to replace the fragmented infrastructure currently powering the banking industry. The platform allows banks to build and deploy custom agents to automate workflows, improve visibility into customer activity, and launch financial products.
