NYAI Raises $1.5M Seed
NYAI, a Pune-based legal technology company that develops AI infrastructure for legal and compliance workflows, has raised $1.5 million in a seed funding round.
The seed round was provided by a consortium of Indian family offices and strategic angel investors.
NYAI plans to use the new capital to expand its proprietary corpus of Indian statutory, regulatory, and judicial data. The funds will also be used to enhance its AI compliance platform and ramp up deployments across enterprises, listed companies, and law firms.
Founded in 2025 by Dr. Chinmay Bhosale, NYAI builds AI infrastructure designed to integrate with existing large language models. The platform allows organizations to utilize AI-powered legal tools while maintaining sensitive data within their own internal infrastructure.
