Omilia Raises $67M Series B

Omilia, based in Athens, Greece, and New York, provides an agentic self-learning customer experience platform for large enterprises. The company secured $67 million in Series B funding to accelerate its global expansion and grow its presence in North America.

The funding round was led by Expedition Growth Capital, a transatlantic software and AI specialist investor.

The capital will be used to accelerate growth across North America and global markets, including the opening of a new US office in the second half of 2026. Funds will also support the scaling of the company's global commercial organization.

Founded two decades ago, Omilia helps large enterprises transform customer service through its proprietary Agentic AI technology. The company offers a voice-first, self-learning platform designed for high-security and high-scale requirements in industries such as banking, insurance, and healthcare, supporting enterprises like Capital One, Discover, and Taco Bell.
