Shiplog Raises $1M Pre-seed

Paris-based Shiplog, an AI startup building customer intelligence infrastructure for B2B SaaS companies, has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round.

The round was backed by Kima Ventures and Project Europe, with additional participation from Purple, No Label Ventures, 100IN, and Station F Fund.

The company plans to use the capital to build out its AI-powered customer lifecycle and expansion platform, which features an AI agent named Ada designed to provide hyper-personalisation for customers at scale.

Founded in 2026 by Khushi Mehta and Mehdi Gribaa, Shiplog helps B2B SaaS companies move beyond generic customer segmentation. By integrating with existing platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, the startup uses AI agents to autonomously manage customer journeys, product experiences, and expansion strategies based on real-time, individual user data.
